Mold in crawlspace

This customer had a mold issue in the crawl space of their Brentwood, TN home.  To make the matter more urgent this mold wasn't found until a home inspection when the house was sold and under contract.  Luckily their Realtor knew to trust the professionals with SERVPRO of Williamson County.  We responded the same day it was found and safely performed Mold Remediation.  The homeowner was thrilled because they were able to make the original closing date on their home and the buyers were happy that the Realtor trusted us to make it "Like It Never Even Happened".  Mold can be scary, call us if we can help.
